MEWS HOUSE. FULL REFURBISHMENT.
This derelict property was extended with a single-storey rear extension and fully renovated to get modern internal spaces, open-plan living/kitchen, and access to an impressive roof terrace.
After getting permission from Planning Department and approval from Building Control to start with the works, a tender process to choose a construction company was also carried out by Projection Architects Ltd. Our company also supervised the works for several months and did the contract administration to ensure its completion.
